It was a good run, but Alma unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Monday. They took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mountain Home Bombers. The Airedales were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bombers from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Alma's loss dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Mountain Home, their win bumped their record up to 7-3.

Alma didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 19-2 defeat against Farmington on the 8th. As for Mountain Home, they will be playing at home against Greenwood at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
