Adding to the longest winning streak in Northwest Kansas (8 Man) this week, Wallace County beat St. John's/Tipton Catholic 31-6. The win marks 12th in a row for the the Wildcats.
Hoxie fell to Hodgeman County 58-26 last week, the largest margin of any game. Connor Katt was a bright spot for the Indians, as he ran for 150 yards in the defeat.
Dighton's Tyler Lingg and Isaac Alinor led the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-4 quarterback Lingg has thrown for 914 yards this season, while Alinor has 31 catches for 469 yards. Katt from Hoxie leads the league in rushing with 1,666 yards.
In 169 carries Chase Kennedy has accumulated 980 yard this year.
Wallace County led the league in scoring this week by notching 31 points on the Bluejays. Kyle Gfeller threw for 77 yards and 2 touchdowns and ran for 62 yards during the win.
