The Onaga Buffaloes can finally bid farewell to their seven-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They breezed by Valley Falls on the road to the tune of 65-22. The victory was just what Onaga needed coming off of a 46-0 defeat in their prior game.
Several Dragons players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Zac Evans, who threw for 191 yards and three touchdowns. Grant Meyer also deserves a shout-out for his two touchdowns.
Onaga's victory bumped their record up to 1-7. As for Valley Falls, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their overall record down to 1-8.
Onaga does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Valley Falls also has no future games currently scheduled.
