Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Sidney walked away with it. They managed a 28-24 victory over the Lakeview Vikings on Friday. The win was just business as usual for the Red Raiders, who after 12 games remain undefeated this season.

Perhaps the best among them was Rylin Viergutz, who threw for 190 yards and three touchdowns. Blake Rathbone helped Viergutz out on the ground, picking up 111 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.
Sidney's victory bumped their record up to 12-0. As for Lakeview, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 11-1.
