Therrell has enjoyed a three-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will take on The Mount Paran Christian Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Mount Paran Christian took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Therrell, who comes in off a win.
Therrell stacked a sixth blowout onto their ever-increasing hoard on Saturday. They blew past Josey, posting a 56-0 win at home.
Meanwhile, Mount Paran Christian's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. Their rough 40-14 defeat to North Cobb Christian might stick with them for a while.
Although Mount Paran Christian took the loss, they still got scores from Reed Stallings and Carson Harmon.
Therrell's victory was their fourth straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 7-1. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 33.5 points per game. As for Mount Paran Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-6.
Therrell suffered a grim 33-13 defeat to Mount Paran Christian in their previous matchup back in October of 2022. Thankfully for Therrell, Nick Germain (who rushed for 145 yards and a touchdown while picking up 9.1 yards per carry) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
