Quitman put another one in the bag  on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the Columbus Falcons as the Quitman Panthers made off with  a  13-3 win. 13 seems to be a good number for the Panthers as the  squad scooped up a  victory with the same number of  runs in their previous game.
 James Files looked comfortable as he  kept things locked down with   no  earned runs or hits while striking out ten over four innings pitched.
 On the hitting side, Quitman got a big performance out of  Jaliel Cameron, who  scored two  runs and  stole  Four bases. while going 1-for-4.  Daniel Peters was another key player,  scoring two  runs and  stealing  Four bases. while  getting on base  in two of his five plate appearances.
Quitman pushed their record up to 4-0 with the  win, which was their third straight  on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Columbus, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.
 Quitman wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next  contest,  a  13-9  victory against Louisville on the 22nd. As for Columbus, they have also  already played their next game,  a  16-6  defeat against Nettleton on the 24th.
