Ridge Point has gone a perfect 9-0 against Fort Bend Hightower recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Panthers will look to defend their home field against the Hurricanes at 6:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Ali Johnson made a splash no matter where she played. She pitched three innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. Johnson was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with four runs, four RBI, and one triple. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 2.1 runs per game.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Braelyn Daniels, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, six RBI, and three runs. What's more, she posted two doubles, the most she's had since back in April of 2024. Corrine Collins was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-3.
Ridge Point always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .625. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, Fort Bend Hightower made easy work of Fort Bend Austin on Friday and carried off a 21-5 win. The Hurricanes have beaten the Bulldogs the last four times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Bulldogs has come to flipping the script.
Fort Bend Hightower got a massive performance out of Baylee Bonner, who went 3-for-4 with six RBI and three runs. Another player making a difference was Kourtney Jones-Caldwell, who scored four runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4.
Ridge Point's victory bumped their record up to 17-3. As for Fort Bend Hightower, their win bumped their record up to 17-3-2.
