After a string of five wins, Madison's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They and the Trinity Christian Academy Lions finished up on equal footing with a 6-6 tie.

With that tie, Madison's record moves to 11-6-1. Meanwhile, Trinity Christian Academy's record is now 8-11-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Madison will take on West Carroll at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The War Eagles have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11.5 runs per game on average), something the Mustangs will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Trinity Christian Academy, they will face off against Chester County at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Lions surely won't give up without a fight.
