DeMotte Christian's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Luke Terpstra, who scored 11 points along with seven rebounds. Davis Peterson was another key contributor, scoring 16 points.
Despite the loss, North White had strong showings from Chandler Hood, who scored seven points along with six rebounds, and Dane Hood, who scored 12 points along with two steals. Hood hasn't dropped below two steals for eight straight games.
North White struggled to work together and finished the game with only two assists. That's the fewest assists they've managed all season.
DeMotte Christian has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a massive bump to their 7-5 record this season. As for North White, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season.
DeMotte Christian will head out on the road to challenge Pioneer at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North White, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Carroll at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Carroll presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than North White in Indiana (Carroll is ranked 206th, while North White is ranked 444th).
