For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last four times Corner and Dora have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Wednesday. The Yellow Jackets put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp 12-2 win. Considering the Yellow Jackets have won five contests by more than eight runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Corner's victory bumped their record up to 8-5. As for Dora, they dropped their record down to 5-8 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Corner will host Oakman at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Dora, they will square off against Berry at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
