Even though Sun Valley has not done well against Great Valley recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. Sun Valley strolled past Great Valley with points to spare, taking the game 55-37. The victory was just what Sun Valley needed coming off of a 62-38 defeat in their prior matchup.
Academy Park's win was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-1. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.3 points per game. As for Sun Valley, their win bumped their record up to 2-4.
