Council Rock North lost to Council Rock South two weeks ago, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Indians had just enough and edged out the Golden Hawks 4-3. Winning may never get old, but the Indians sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Council Rock North saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kyle Book, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI.

Council Rock North's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-7. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Council Rock South, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-9 record this season.

Council Rock North will head out to take on Bensalem at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Fighting Owls' pitching crew has only allowed 3.9 runs per game this season, so the Indians' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Council Rock South, they will host Harry S. Truman at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Golden Hawks are facing the Tigers at the right time seeing as the Tigers are stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
