The longest pass in the league this week was acheived by Berean Christian's Mauck. Brad Carney's team fell to the Griffins when he connected with Jeramiah Bridgewater on a 53-yard pass.
The Bulldogs' offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. On the ground Gio Nazarro contributed 74 yards. Austin Skelton helped Berean Christian's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 10 yards.
Bridgewater was the best receiver in Gulf Atlantic - Atlantic this week as Berean Christian lost to Gateway Charter. Bridgewater racked up 2 receptions for 73 yards. Skelton helped Berean Christian's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 10 yards.
Berean Christian's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Bulldogs feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Mauck has thrown for 1,053 yards and 11 touchdowns this season, while Skelton has 24 catches for 430 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Palmer Trinity takes on Northwest Christian. At the moment, the Falcons are in fourth, while the Eagles are in fifth.
