Iona Prep was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 68-67 to Archbishop Stepinac. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Tuesday (59), Iona Prep still had to take the loss.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Archbishop Stepinac to victory, but perhaps none more so than Boogie Fland, who scored 18 points along with two steals. Fland has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last ten times he's played. Braylan Ritvo was another key contributor, scoring 17 points along with five rebounds.
