The Cy-Fair Bobcats won the last time they faced the Foster Falcons, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Cy-Fair strolled past Foster with points to spare, taking the game 59-45. Given Cy-Fair's advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 373rd, while Foster is ranked 842nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Despite the loss, Foster had strong showings from Jalen Stephanson, who scored 17 points, and Michael Swanigan, who scored 12 points along with 6 rebounds. Stephanson scored a full 37.8% of Foster's points, the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Joshua Larkin, who scored 4 points.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cy-Fair will face off against Benjamin Davis at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
