Southern Academy's victory bumped their record up to 14-2. As for Pickens Academy, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-4.
Southern Academy strolled past Pickens Academy in their previous matchup on Thursday by a score of 49-35. The rematch might be a little tougher for Southern Academy since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
