Baseball Game Preview: Booker Kiowas vs. Follett Panthers

For the second straight game, Booker will face off against Follett. Booker will head out to challenge Follett at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Booker is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.8 runs per game this season.

Booker barely beat Follett the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Booker blew past Follett 15-3 on Monday. The win continues a trend for the Kiowas in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won seven in a row.

Chase Nelson was a major factor no matter where he played. He struck out 13 batters over five innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits (and not a single walk). With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 5.8 strikeouts per game. He was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing four bases while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. Nelson is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: he's snagged at least one every time he's taken the field this season.

In other batting news, Julian Rosales was incredible, going 3-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and one triple.
