Faith Christian lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Max Bryan, who scored 12 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. Bryan is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Cedric Smith, who scored seven points along with eight rebounds and five steals.
It was another big night for Emilio Vera, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 12 rebounds for Biggs. Vera is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed seven or more in the last three games he's played. Brady Smith was another key contributor, scoring 19 points.
Faith Christian's loss dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Biggs, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 15-5.

As for Biggs, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Hamilton at 8:00 p.m. on January 30th. The timing isn't great for Hamilton: they have been struggling with three straight losses at home, while Biggs has snatched up seven consecutive wins on the road.
