The Carrollton Cavaliers will head out on the road to square off against the Ithaca Yellowjackets at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Friday, Carrollton didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Standish-Sterling, but they still walked away with a 56-50 win. The win was just what Carrollton needed coming off of a 57-36 defeat in their prior contest.
Meanwhile, Ithaca entered their tilt with Michigan Lutheran Seminary with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. Ithaca secured a 49-45 W over Michigan Lutheran Seminary on Friday.
Carrollton is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-9 record this season. As for Ithaca, they pushed their record up to 11-6 with that victory, which was their third straight at home.
Carrollton beat Ithaca 67-54 in their previous matchup back in January of 2023. Does Carrollton have another victory up their sleeve, or will Ithaca turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
