Grove City Christian posted their biggest victory since December 1, 2023 on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Patriot Prep Academy as Grove City Christian made off with a 45-21 win.
Grove City Christian's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Emma Vanzuiden, who scored eight points along with 12 rebounds and two blocks. Aubrey Smith was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with three steals.
Meanwhile, Wellington School really took it to Horizon Science Academy for the full four quarters, racking up a 62-14 victory at home. With Wellington School ahead 41-6 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Grove City Christian's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-5. As for Wellington School, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-2.
