Warren proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by three) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Northwestern Wildcats 1-0. The win was nothing new for the Dragons as they're now sitting on three straight.
Madelyn Nosel paced Warren's offense, picking up three kills. Nosel got some help from Brynn Norris and her six assists. Attie Corey controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.
Warren's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Northwestern, they now have a losing record of 1-2.
Warren has already played their next contest, a 1-0 win against Iroquois on the 30th. As for Northwestern, they will challenge Harbor Creek at 7:15 p.m. on the 8th.
