The win was some much needed relief for the Tigers as it spelled an end to their seven-game losing streak.
Aiden Lowe was incredible, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Payton Camp, who went 1-for-4 with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
Lawrence's victory bumped their record up to 2-18. As for Cassopolis, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 11 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season.
