Cardington-Lincoln got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Kinstin Henthorn out in front who scored 15 points along with five rebounds. That's the first time this season that Henthorn scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Lydia Hess, who scored 11 points along with six steals.
Cardington-Lincoln has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a massive bump to their 5-4 record this season. As for East Knox, they bumped their record down to 3-6 with that loss, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season.
Cardington-Lincoln will finish 2023 at home by hosting River Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. East Knox is on the road again on December 30th and play against Mapleton at 3:00 p.m. on December 30th.
