Thomas Settje was his usual excellent self, rushing for 163 yards and three scores on only ten carries. Those three rushing touchdowns gave him a new career-high. Kade Sliva was another major influence, as he rushed for 35 yards and ran in a TD.
They were just one part of a punishing run game: Scotus was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 340 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, Lakeview blew past Wayne, posting a 55-7 victory. The Vikings might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by 28 points or more this season.
The win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-4. As for Lakeview, their record now sits at 6-0.
