Daniella Gloria spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on six hits and racked up ten Ks. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Keelie Goodman, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Tierah Metcalf also deserves some recognition as she launched her first home run of the season.

Dobson now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Mountain View, their record now sits at 12-7.
Thursday's game will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Dobson hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .347. However, it's not like Mountain View struggles in that department as they've averaged .366. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Dobson suffered a grim 21-1 defeat to Mountain View when the teams last played on Monday. Can the Mustangs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
