The Decatur Bulldogs won the last time they faced the Lithonia Bulldogs, and things went their way on Friday too. Decatur managed a 30-26 victory over Lithonia. The win made it back-to-back wins for Decatur.
Leading Decatur to victory were Bailey Butler and Ryan Elmahdi. Butler scored ten points, while Elmahdi scored 12 points. Those ten points set a new season-high mark for her.
Decatur's victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Lithonia, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season.
Decatur will face off against Arabia Mountain at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Arabia Mountain knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past three contests -- so hopefully Decatur likes a good challenge. As for Lithonia, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Tucker at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
