On Tuesday, Chapin didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Gray Collegiate Academy, but they still walked away with a 37-33 win. The win made it back-to-back wins for Chapin.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Chapin to victory, but perhaps none more so than Sami Stephenson, who scored 13 points along with 9 rebounds and 5 steals. Stephenson is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now stole two or more in the last five games she's played. Reagan Haggard was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with 9 rebounds.
Chapin's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Gray Collegiate Academy, they now have a losing record at 2-3.
Chapin will be playing at home against Irmo at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Gray Collegiate Academy is on the road again on Tuesday and play against American Leadership Academy at 6:00 p.m. on December 12th.
