 South Beauregard might have lost, but man,  Jacob Marcantel was a machine:  he rushed for 193 yards and two  touchdowns. Marcantel's rushing production has been exceptional  as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 111  rushing yards.
 Meanwhile, Jennings came up short against Lake Charles College Prep on Thursday and fell  43-32.
 The  defeat was their first  at home , dropping their record down to 2-4. As for Jennings, their record now sits at 4-2.
 South Beauregard was dealt a bruising  55-0 loss at the hands of Jennings in their previous matchup  back in October of 2024. Can the Knights avenge their  defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
