Everything went their way against the Waukesha South Blackshirts on Monday as they made off with a 20-2 win. The Raccoons haven't had any issues with the Blackshirts recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.
Oconomowoc got a massive performance out of Hayley Beckman, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs, two RBI, and one double. Those three runs gave Beckman a new career-high. Macy Brazelton also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen bases of the season.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Oconomowoc kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least nine hits in five consecutive matches.
Oconomowoc's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-3.
