Portland Adventist Academy put the hurt on Corbett with a sharp 82-60 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Portland Adventist Academy also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2022.
Leading Portland Adventist Academy to victory were Caleb Custer and Dane Petersen. Custer scored 20 points along with 6 rebounds and 4 steals, while Petersen scored 19 points along with 8 assists and 5 steals. Chris Martinez was another key contributor, scoring 10 points.
The victory makes it two in a row for Portland Adventist Academy and bumps their season record up to 2-0. As for Corbett, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
Portland Adventist Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Kennedy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Corbett, they will head out on the road to face off against Delphian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
