Argonaut's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Mitchell Mcmahan, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 23 rebounds, and Everett Holt, who went 11 for 15 from beyond the arc en route to 33 points and 2 assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Holt has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Ryan Duran, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten assists.
Meanwhile, Bret Harte was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 50-46 to Calaveras.
Argonaut's victory bumped their record up to 10-13. As for Bret Harte, their loss dropped their record down to 12-10.
Argonaut beat Bret Harte 70-57 when the teams last played on January 5th. The rematch might be a little tougher for Argonaut since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
