The Glasgow Yellowjackets will be playing in front of their home fans against the Fayette Falcons at 9:00 p.m. on Thursday. Glasgow will be strutting in after a victory while Fayette will be coming in after a defeat.
Even though Brunswick scored an imposing 58 points last Tuesday, Glasgow still came out on top. Glasgow blew past Brunswick 80-58. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Glasgow.
Fayette kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They had to suffer through a rough 76-30 loss at the hands of Harrisburg. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Fayette in their matchups with Harrisburg: they've now lost six in a row.
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Tristan Swanson, who scored 8 points.
Glasgow's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Fayette, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Everything went Glasgow's way against Fayette when the teams last played back in December of 2021 as Glasgow made off with a 63-41 victory. Does Glasgow have another victory up their sleeve, or will Fayette turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
