The Rose Hill Rockets won the last time they faced the Winfield Vikings, and things went their way on Friday too. Rose Hill came out on top against Winfield by a score of 20-13.
Keedrin Jones was the offensive standout of the match as he rushed for 149 yards and a touchdown while picking up 9.3 yards per carry, and also caught a touchdown.
Rose Hill's win bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Winfield, they now have a losing record at 4-5.
Rose Hill will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Wamego at 7:00 p.m. on November 3rd. One thing working in Wamego's favor is that they have now posted big point totals in their last three games. Winfield does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
