A Season-Best Performance from Cameron Keller Leads Van Buren over Southside
On Friday, Van Buren got the W thanks in part to Cameron Keller playing the best football he has all season. Keller rushed for 151 yards and five touchdowns.
Southside's probably not too fond of Keller given he always seems to get the better of them. When Keller last faced the Mavericks back in September of 2023, he rushed for 136 yards and a touchdown on only 13 carries, and also caught a touchdown.

Kane Archer and Co. Win 20th in a Row
Greenwood picked up their 20th consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Kane Archer. Archer did his part (and then some), throwing for 249 yards and four touchdowns while completing 85% of his passes, and also rushing for 89 yards on only seven carries for the 'W'. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for four or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.
Lake Hamilton's probably not too fond of Archer given he always seems to get the better of them. Archer threw for 239 yards and three touchdowns while completing 90.5% of his passes, and also rushed for 50 yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Wolves duked it out back in October of 2023.

Wilson Key Delivers Best Effort of Season
Sadly, Wilson Key posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Southside over Van Buren on Friday. Key threw for 394 yards and four touchdowns.
Southside is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-4. Key and Southside will face off against Russellville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Big Game from Jackson As Lake Hamilton Fell 49-14
Rounding off our Top Five is Carson Jackson of Lake Hamilton. Jackson picked up 65 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 72 yards on only six carries.incredibly, Jackson got all that yardage with just one huge grab
With the loss, Lake Hamilton broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-2. Jackson and Lake Hamilton will take on Mountain Home at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
