It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Elkhorn had no problem doing just that on Friday. They breezed past the Milwaukee Bay View Redcats to the tune of 58-6. The Elks' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

The victory was the fifth in a row for Elkhorn, bringing their record up to 8-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 37.0 points over those games. As for Milwaukee Bay View, their loss dropped their record down to 6-4.

Coming up, Elkhorn will challenge Homestead at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Highlanders' defense has only allowed 13.7 points per game this season, so the Elks' offense will have their work cut out for them. Milwaukee Bay View does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
