Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Western). They claimed a resounding 61-16 win over the Trinity International Thunder. The victory was some much needed relief for the Warriors as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Western's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Trinity International, they are on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Western will face off against Chaparral at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Trinity International, they will square off against American Heritage Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Trinity International is facing American Heritage Academy at the right time seeing as American Heritage Academy is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
