Azjannie Culberth was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 20 points and ten rebounds for Tampa Bay Tech. That makes it four consecutive games in which Culberth has scored at least 25% of Tampa Bay Tech's points. Breanna Hartley was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with seven rebounds and four steals.
Chamberlain's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Tampa Bay Tech, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chamberlain will take on Brandon at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Tampa Bay Tech, they will be playing at home against King at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. King is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.
