Baseball Recap: Winters Mill Takes a Loss

Winters Mill was the 9-5 winner over South Carroll when they last played one another back in March, but their luck changed this time around. The Falcons took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cavaliers on Wednesday. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Winters Mill's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for South Carroll, the win got them back to even at 5-5.

While Winters Mill had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled on Thursday.
