South Gate has gone 8-2 against Wilson recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Rams will square off against the Mules at 3:00 p.m. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

South Gate is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. Everything went their way against Huntington Park on Thursday as they made off with a 16-1 victory. The win was nothing new for the Rams as they're now sitting on four straight.

Meanwhile, Wilson got themselves on the board against Lincoln on Friday, but Lincoln never followed suit. They blew past the Tigers 13-0. Considering the Mules have won 11 contests by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The team relied heavily on Benn Solis, who went 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in February of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Mathew Zepeda, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run.

Wilson always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .647. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lincoln only posted an OBP of .500.

Wilson has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-3 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.6 runs over those games. As for South Gate, their win bumped their record up to 11-16.

South Gate beat Wilson 5-2 in their previous matchup back in March. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rams since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
