Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Whitesboro). They took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 78-6 win over the A Plus Academy Knights. With the Bearcats ahead 65-0 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Whitesboro got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Colt Fagan out in front who threw for 75 yards and four touchdowns, and also rushed for 46 yards and one score. The dominant performance also gave Fagan a new career-high in passer rating (177.1). Another player making a difference was Rip Harper, who rushed for 64 yards and a pair of TDs on only seven carries.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Whitesboro was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 348 rushing yards. They are a perfect 3-0 when they've run for more than 200 yards.

Whitesboro is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 49.3 points over those games.
