This season hasn't been kind to the Sheridan Rams, who are still winless after their tenth game. They were the victim of a tough 84-62 loss at the hands of Bruce Randolph on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss Sheridan has suffered yet this season.
Several Rams players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Bobby Garcia, who scored 13 points along with two steals. Garcia is absolutely dominating the steal category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Will Brent, who scored 11 points along with six rebounds and five blocks.
Sheridan's loss was their 17th straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Bruce Randolph, their win ended a six-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-8.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sheridan will take on Arvada at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Arvada focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 on Tuesday. As for Bruce Randolph, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against The Pinnacle at 7:00 p.m. Hopefully The Pinnacle focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 19 on Tuesday.
