Meanwhile, Rio Vista lost to Italy on the road by a decisive 41-26 margin on Tuesday. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Rio Vista in their matchups with Italy: they've now lost six in a row.
Hamilton has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 13 games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-9 record this season. As for Rio Vista, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost ten of their last 11 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-23 record this season.
