The West-Oak Warriors's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 81-46 loss at the hands of Rabun County. West-Oak lost against Rabun County in their previous head to head back in December of 2014, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 72-69 score last time.

West-Oak has not been sharp recently, as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season. As for Rabun County, their victory bumped their record up to 2-9.
West-Oak will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Calhoun Falls Charter at 7:30 p.m. on January 3, 2024. Rabun County will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against Polk County at 5:30 p.m. on December 28th. Polk County presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Rabun County in their respective states (Polk County is ranked 209th in Tennessee, while Rabun County is ranked 422nd in Georgia).
