New Town stacked a ninth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Monday. They claimed a resounding 69-16 victory over Parkville on the road. The victory was just what New Town needed coming off of a 73-45 defeat in their prior matchup.
Leading New Town to victory were Ijae Dower and Nialah Mingo. Dower scored 16 points, while Mingo scored 18 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Dower has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Nasia Hart, who scored nine points.
New Town is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season. As for Parkville, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-12.
New Town will be playing at home against Randallstown at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Parkville, they will face off against Dulaney at TBD on Wednesday. Dulaney is coming into the contest with four straight victories on the road, so Parkville is out to stop a team with plenty of momentum.
