The Springdale Dynamos''s recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their seventh straight loss. The contest between Springdale and Riverview wasn't particularly close, with Springdale falling 40-21. Springdale lost against Riverview in their previous head to head back in October of 2022, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 52-14 score last time.
Despite the loss, Springdale still got an impressive performance from Chase Weihrauch, who rushed for 153 yards and a touchdown on only 14 carries, and also threw for 105 yards and two touchdowns.
Carlo Buzzatto got back to being his usual excellent self, as he rushed for 414 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 12.9 yards per carry. The team also got some help courtesy of Toby Green, who gained 94 total yards and a touchdown.
Springdale's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their overall record down to 1-9. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 15.3 points per game. As for Riverview, their win bumped their record up to 5-5.
Springdale does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Riverview also has no future games currently scheduled.
