On Thursday, Washington are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Westwood at 7:00 PM. The MaxPreps rankings say the odds are against Washington, but that can only make success all the sweeter.
Washington weren't too far behind, but the team still lost 30-36 to King Prep last Friday.
Meanwhile, Westwood had enough points to win and then some against Oakhaven last week, winning 20-0.
Westwood's win lifted them to 2-1 while Washington's loss dropped them down to 1-2. We'll find out if Westwood can add another positive mark to their record or if Washington can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Westwood's step.
