Baseball Recap: Loretto's Win Ends Four-Game Losing Streak at Home

The Loretto Mustangs sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 9-7 victory over the Terre Haute North Vigo Patriots on Thursday.

Loretto's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-4-1. As for Terre Haute North Vigo, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Loretto wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 5-2 loss against Columbia Central on the 3rd. As for Terre Haute North Vigo, they have also already played their next contest, a 6-3 defeat against Lawrence County on the 3rd.
