The York Prep Patriots scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They blew past Central, posting a 61-34 victory on the road. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win York Prep has posted since December 15, 2023.
York Prep got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Gracie Robinson out in front who scored 23 points along with six rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Robinson has scored all season. Payton Munsey was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with nine rebounds and seven blocks.
The victory got York Prep back to even at 7-7. As for Central, their loss was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 3-13.
York Prep will head out on the road to challenge Andrew Jackson at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Andrew Jackson comes in on seven and York Prep on three. As for Central, they will be playing at home against North Central at 6:15 p.m. on Friday.
