Mt. Rainier might be getting used to good results now that the team has three wins in a row. They blew past Kent-Meridian 38-14. The rankings were on Mt. Rainier's side, but they didn't forecast quite such a lopsided result.
The win bumped Mt. Rainier's record up to 3-5. Kent-Meridian's loss pushes them down to 3-5.
Both teams will be heading out of the conference in their next games. Mt. Rainier will square off against Kentwood at 7:00 PM next week. Keep an eye on the score for this one: those two teams put up some lofty point totals in their previous games, so things might heat up even more when they meet up next week. As for Kent-Meridian, they will face off against Nathan Hale.
