The Sacred Heart Prep Gators stacked a tenth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Menlo School as Sacred Heart Prep made off with a 63-42 win. The win was nothing new for Sacred Heart Prep as they're now sitting on 12 straight dating back to last season.
TJ O'Brien continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 14 points along with seven rebounds. Another player making a difference was Matthew Norris, who scored eight points.
Sacred Heart Prep has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 15 of their last 16 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season. As for Menlo School, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-10.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sacred Heart Prep will take on King's Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Sacred Heart Prep knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past three games -- so hopefully King's Academy likes a good challenge. As for Menlo School, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Priory at 6:30 p.m. Priory will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps California Rankings (they are ranked 576th, while Menlo School is ranked 260th).
